Peppering People, Places and Things with Random Acts of Kindness

Who We Are

Pepper Rayfield was known for his ability to spread joy with a simple smile or a laugh. His life reflected happiness, a positive outlook, and a commitment to Random Acts of Kindness. In honor of Pepper's legacy (1970-2011), the Pepper Rayfield HOPE Foundation, Inc. was established in 2011. The foundation strives to emulate Pepper's knack for Random Acts of Kindness, aiming to create thoughtful gestures reminiscent of the man who deeply impacted our lives.

Pepper's optimistic demeanor left a mark on all who crossed his path. His genuine kindness and altruistic nature inspired many to follow his example and bring happiness to others. The Pepper Rayfield HOPE Foundation, Inc. upholds his legacy by embodying the compassion and generosity that Pepper embodied. Through various projects and initiatives, the foundation ensures that Pepper's memory lives on by encouraging individuals to make a positive impact through small acts of kindness. Although Pepper is no longer with us, his legacy of love and compassion endures through those who strive to illuminate the world, just as he did.

What We Do

The main goal of our foundation is to promote Random Acts of Kindness. Here are just a few of our many hightlights from 2023.
Troy Sidewalk Warriors

On the last Thuesday of the month Pepper Inc sets up a table of laundry detergent. We made a specials appearance in November to hand out Sale and Pepper shakers for Thanksgiving. Sidewalk Warriors Troy meets every Thursday at 6pm to serve those in need of food and essentials.

Trunk or Treat

Many organizations now offer trunk-or-treating events as a safer, less-spooky alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. During this event, we decorated our trunk as a Giant Gumball machine and passed out candy or other goodies to the children in our community.
